Terms & Conditions Governing Programs
General Condition
- Enrolment on any of the courses presented by Corporate Law Institute would be governed by these terms and conditions.
- If the applicant does not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of enrolment, such enrolment should not be proceeded with.
- By enrolling on a specific course, it shall be deemed that the applicant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions of enrolment.
- Where an applicant does not understand or is unsure about the meaning of any of the terms and conditions of enrolment referred to herein, the applicant is invited to approach Corporate Law Institute to obtain the necessary required information or detail.
- The applicant agrees to accept responsibility to inform Corporate Law Institute of any changes in the information supplied on the registration form within the prescribed time period of which the applicant is aware.
- The applicant confirms that by submitting the registration form he/she indicates his/her willingness to register for the course and to accept all responsibilities for payment of course fee.
Security and Privacy
- By attending any course organized by Corporate Law Institute, an applicant grants us permission to use their photographs on our website for further training courses.
Disclaimer
- Neither Corporate Law Institute nor any of its agents or representatives shall be liable for any personal damages, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the attendance of a course.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee of 25% of the course fee will be applied for cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the course.
- Applicants who cancel outside the approved cancellation period would not be entitled to any refunds unless the applicant is unable to attend as a result of reasons such as hospitalization which in the sole discretion of Corporate Law Institute renders it impossible for the applicant to attend.
Amendments
Unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the appointments of speakers other than those advertised as part of the course. Where the applicant is not satisfied with any such changes, Corporate Law Institute will consider refunding the applicant in total or partly for the fee for part of the course already attended to.

By cash. By cheque written in the name of Corporate Law Institute. By paying directly into Corporate Law Institute’s account.

Payment Conditions
- Course fee must be paid in full prior to course commencement.
- The applicant remains responsible for payment of the course fee. Should the course fee be funded by an institution, the applicant remains responsible to ensure that the institution honours its payment commitment prior to the course commencement.
- The applicant will not be permitted to partake in the course without full payment of the course fee.
- Corporate Law Institute reserves the right to withhold a delegate’s certificate if full payment for the course has not been received.
